Mr. Cornue: I am receipt of your FOIA request dated April 22, 2025, a copy of which is attached for reference. Parenthetically, the aforementioned FOIA request is identical to your March 26, 2025 FOIA request. In your FOIA request you note the requests are the same and ask when you can expect to receive a response. I responded to your previous request on March 26, 2025, the day the FOIA request was received. My response then is the same as my response today. As the records custodian for the Fayette County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, I have none of the records nor information that you have requested. As such, I cannot respond to your FOIA request. By providing the preceding response, I have fulfilled my obligation under the West Virginia FOIA. Anthony Ciliberti, Jr. Prosecuting Attorney 108 East Maple Avenue Fayetteville, WV 25840 304-574-4230

On 4.25 I emailed Mr. Cornue that we had sent all the information we have regarding opioid funds expenditures/allocations on 4.22.25. (Filed with SOS the same day.) He responded on 4.25 and did let me know this is part of a class assignment. We received another on 5.12.25 and I once again let him know we received it and had responded on 4.22.25. Also - classes ended 5.9.25 and grades are due today at WVU for the Spring 25 term. Ami Dangerfield
