Payment processing software used by state government agencies

I am conducting market research on payment processing software used by state government agencies, particularly systems utilized by the Department of Motor Vehicles (or equivalent) to facilitate online and in-person payments for services such as vehicle registration renewals. Specifically, I am seeking access to documents that identify or relate to payment processing vendors contracted by the DMV/BMV. If available, please include: • Any Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Information (RFIs) related to payment processing solutions, including associated documents such as notice of award, bid tabulations, or evaluation summaries • The final negotiated contracts with the selected vendors, including any amendments or renewals, regardless of whether the award was made through an RFP process I am requesting documents from the past 5–7 years.
